    the use of traditional pen&paper vs current tech largely depends on 1) the lecturer’s approach when giving away her materials 2) the capacity of one’s mind to digest and remember facts, figures, etc. it is a case by case thing, some people have their own preferred method which works perfectly well for them. but trial and error is important, so knowing which method will work better is a bonus, especially if we’re working with subjects with lots of concepts and ideas.
